Carters Chartered Surveyors are delighted to announce a new addition. Martin Nicholls has taken up the reins as Head of Block Management and brings a wealth of knowledge and a further string to the bow of Carters’ existing, highly successful property management team.
Martin brings over 20 years of industry experience, previously fulfilling roles for highly regarded companies including SDL Bigwood and Shepherd Property Consultants. Having gained a degree from the College of Estate Management, Reading, Martin’s specialism lies in property management- both residential and commercial- but he also has a background in general practice and provides experience across multiple disciplines.
Martin explained his reasons for joining the Carters property management team: ‘Carters Surveyors already have an excellent reputation for customer care and delivering an outstanding service, as can be seen by their Google reviews. They stood out to me as a company that shared my own ethos, who I would be proud to work for and my move seemed to be a natural fit for all concerned. I am excited by the future and the role I can play in the successful growth of the business.’
