MATT HILL

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002, Matt has worked for various property consultancies in Birmingham specialising in the management of residential and commercial property assets. His clients have included larger corporate and institutional property investors such as NFU Mutual, Canada Life, Zurich Assurance, Barclays Bank and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets and smaller private trusts, charities, privately owned property companies and individual owners, thereby covering the full range of investors making up the UK property investment market.

JONATHAN HACKETT

JOINT MANAGING DIRECTOR

Jonathan joined his Father’s (and his Grandfather before him) company Leeson Son & Hackett at the tender age of 16, who in time merged with SDL Bigwood where he worked his way up to become a Partner. Bigwood subsequently merged with Curry and Partners to form CP Bigwood becoming a major player in the Midlands property market. Jonathan is well known throughout the Midlands for his extensive experience and expert knowledge in property but now specialises in residential property management and auctions.

Matt qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. Having initially worked in practice and then industry, Matt has spent the last 16 years specialising in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property Financial Management. Matt has worked with and for Crowe UK, Tarmac, Anglo American, Donaldson’s, Savills, DTZ and Standard Life in the UK, US, throughout Europe and Australia. For the last 7 years Matt has been the Finance Director for Carters.

CAROLINE MONK

DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF SURVEYING

Caroline qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2005. Having worked in both commercial and residential property sectors in London and the West Midlands, Caroline specialises in residential surveying, defect analysis and providing listed building and conservation advice. Caroline is also a registered valuer and has been undertaking valuations for a range of corporate and private clients since 2006.

His clients have included PLCs, larger corporate and institutional property investors, smaller private trusts, charities, privately owned property companies and individual owners..

GRAHAM Carter

PROPERTY DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF AGRICULTURAL AND LAND

Graham is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow member of the RICS. He has over 40 years’ experience including selling properties under the hammer across the UK.

Graham is a qualified Charted Surveyor and Fellow member of the RICS as well as Property Auctioneer. He has regularly appeared on the BBC’s ‘Homes under the Hammer’. Graham specialises in residential and agricultural valuations as well as property management, where he has a wealth of experience.

MARTIN NICHOLLS

DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF BLOCK MANAGEMENT

Martin has worked in the industry for over 20 years having gained a degree from the College of Estate Management, Reading. Martin’s specialism lies in property management- both residential and commercial- but he has a background in a general practice environment and has experience across multiple disciplines.
Away from work he enjoys spending time with his family.
